Description

We are looking for our founding Community Manager to help build a great community experience. You will be critical to our engagement strategy as our first community-centered hire. You will liaison the team and our users, cultivating relationships with key influences in the crypto space.

Qualifications

• You have experience in managing a Discord community with over 10K members.
• You have an eye for detail.
• You are comfortable and have direct experience in discord management: from integrating bots, generating server programming, detecting spam, and moderating content inside of the server.
• You have proven written and oral communication skills.
• You can manage large audiences and grow online communities.
• You have a working knowledge of crypto culture.
• You have demonstrated graphic design and photo editing ability and create high-quality, branded content.
• You are excited to learn and adapt to the ever-changing trends in web3.
• Bonus: you are active in the crypto community and bring a Twitter following or similar social media presence.
• Bonus: A fluency in promoting or generating memes, fluency with the crypto space.
