Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly collaborative founding product designer. As Kinetic’s first designer, you will help us shape innovative products and tools across platforms to create the best marketplace aggregator for highly effective crypto traders. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to define a strategy and vision that will guide the team in building great products that address real user needs.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrated proficiency in Figma or related technology.
• You have demonstrated expertise with vector illustration.
• You are comfortable with data visualization.
• You have an eagerness to act on user feedback.
• You advocate for and implement high-quality, well-crafted visual design.
• You thrive working with cross-organizational collaborators in product management, engineering, and other designers.
• You’re interested in trading and understand the cultural nature of the crypto space.
• You are excited to lead cutting-edge projects and can simplify complicated web3 flows.
• Bonus: you have mastery with After Effects.
